Hi Peter, I do not see how this could cause the approval plugin to crash. Can you explain in more detail why you refer to the normalization engine might be the cause?

The arerror log didn't point to this when logging the crashes so maybe this could be your issue too? When we turned off inline normalisation there were no crashes. Batch normalisation didn't cause the crashes.
