The java is the issue, maybe. Reinstall with java 1.5 32 bit, dev studio doesnot give the below error but the Help page errors , otherwise I can open we service group. Http 500 Unable to compile ISP Requesturi=/help/index.jsp On dev studio. 7.6, no issue - but 7.6 require mode change to modify a lower ars 7.5.04 best practice to base dev.
