Remedy email engine while processing the incoming email it will save the original email in .msg format as an attachment on the email messages form. You could use this attachment field to push this to your workinfo entry. In your push field filter from email messages form to workinfo form, specify this attachement field also to push to an attachment field on workinfo entry.
