Hi, Apparently you corrupted the system by deleting the wrong things.
Possibly, you system is already corrupt, as you are unable to delete a field in the normal way. Corruptions can happen either by doing things directly in the database, or by BUGs in the AR System. You can take your pick, but I have not had problems deleting a field, unless some previous change to the form has gone wrong. It will NOT affect performance if you export a DEF of HPD:Help Desk only. This is done by the clients all the time. This is a way for you to check the consistency of the definitions of HPD:Help Desk. If you can successfully import it into a test-system, you can then compare the objects in the ar system database to that of your production system. Turn on API/SQL logging when you import the form, and you may be able to understand what is needed on the DB side.
