We actually create an HTML file in the AR System Email Templates form, then refer to the html name in the Content, Header or Footer field on the Templates tab of the filter.

Now, I'm really not sure what I have to put into the Text field in the Notify action of the filter and since I have the template -> why do I have to put into this field? The template contains my content, right? If I still have to put something into the Text field (Apparently I can't leave this thing empty) then in what format? Also, do I have to select any fields from the list "Include fields"?
