ITSM 7.0.3p8 ARS 7.1p5 SQL Server Using Crystal Reports 2008 with the ARS ODBC Driver and I am trying to build a report against the TMS:Task form. However, the complete list of status history values is not available. When I look at the list of database fields available I only see two of the status's: Assigned and Staged. I was expecting to see a field for each status value of Time and User, similiar to other ARS forms.
