Job Description: Gunther Douglas’ valued client is seeking multiple Remedy
Application Analysts to join their ITS Business and ERP support team. The
successful candidate will work directly with business leaders and their teams
to solve problems, implement initiatives, and drive change.

Requirements:
2-3 years experience with daily support/maintenance/administration of the
Remedy v7.x Incident, Change and Problem management modules
2-3 years experience with Remedy v7.x system architecture on a Windows platform
Experience with Remedy v7.x integration with Kinetic and AlarmPoint a plus
80% Administration and 20% Development
