I want to clarify further because while there is BMC_Person in the CMDB, apparently it is not designed to be used as a place to load data to flow into CTM:People. Instead, data from CTM:People should flow into BMC_Person.
I had previously built an integration with Active Directory (using an ARDBC LDAP vendor form), and that works well enough so I continue using that for now. Hopefully there will be a more official, out of the box way of continuously loading foundation data in the future. I have multiple sources of data that will be used and was thinking I could leverage the normalization and reconciliation processes that are already there.
