Hello I am trying to Replicate my Production env(ARS 7.1patch5/Solaris/Oracle) to create New Remedy Installation of 7.1 patch 5 with ITSM 7.0.3 Patch 7
Should I first Install ARS 7.1 then apply patch 5 ? is ITSM is one SUITE or do I need install each application separate like ASSET, PROBLEM ,INSIDENCE ? down load Patch5 start with that ? Please some body can guide me?
