We are upgrading from 7.1.00 P007 to ARSytem 7.6.04 SP2. In 7.1.00 P007, I would query the Remedy Alert_User table to retrieve the list of users who were logged onto the Alert tool with an active session. I would then present the list to the user, giving them the option of picking one or more users from the list and sending an alert to them.
In 7.60.04 SP2, the Alert_User table is no longer available (the installation package must have deleted it when upgrading our ARSystem database). Yes...I know it was an internal table subject to change...and it changed by disappearing! Does anyone have a workaround or a formal way of doing this 7.6.04 SP2? Thanks for your help! Bruce B.
