Hi All, I have a requirement to set up a Reporting server in remedy.
As per our process, we need to purge data from Production server after every 3 months to maintain performance and data storage. We need reporting Server only for reporting purpose which will hold all purged data and real time data from Production. Secondly, the reporting server must have read only access to end users. No one can modify the data from this server. Can anybody help me to implement this? I need basic steps to setup reporting server which will fulfill above requirements.
