I am facing an issue while creating Incident using OOTB Incident template (Template is taken from Incident Interface Create form). Issue 1 : In some cases I get an Error 'Authentication Failure' (in the AR System Email Messages form), even when an email is sent using template with correct Login ID and password. Issue 2 : The Detailed Description get's trimmed when the number of lines exceeds 4. So in the Email I provide the detailed description of 7 lines, but I see only 4 lines in the Incident Interface Create/Incident Form. Can some one please let me know what could be the issue here?
