Hi All, CMDB 7.6.04 SP2
The BMC_GLOBAL_DEFAULT_SRVC CI appears in the Service field menu on the Infrastructure Change form. BMC tells us that this CI should never be deleted. Does anyone know precisely what it is for? I guess it's to do with the Service Catalog functionality in Atrium Core. I can set the status of this CI from its out-of-the-box value of 'Ordered' to 'End of Life' to remove it from the menu but would this affect the functionality that the CI is there to support?
