Turn on Server Statistics.  This will provide data on the number of fixed and 
floating in use when a record is created.

At this juncture, what can I do at my end to understand the stats on my current 
server which is AR Server 7.0.1.
Is there any alternate way to understand the true license usage, etc since 
License Usage Form is not there.
