The only way a person with a read license can update anything is if you have
"Submitter Mode" = Locked (in the Admin Console -> Licenses tab) and the user
is the submitter of that record.

Subject: ARERR [331] You do not have write access (for this entry) to field

I have a custom form that I need to allow users with Read access to update.
However when they go to save they get "ARERR [331] You do not have write access
(for this entry) to field"

Permissions wise, the field has Public - Change, Submitter - Change,
Unrestricted Access - Change, and General Access - Change.

The field also has the flag Allow any user to submit set to yes. The submitter
mode is set to Locked.

So what am I missing? Do I need to register my form somewhere?
