Hate to ask you a stupid question.. but are you connecting to the right
server/environment when you get those errors? Maybe you are connecting to a
server/environment where those changes have not been applied?

Actually this morning the issue is back.I can't figure it out. Let hope BMC
can help. We have had this issue before, and they eluded to corrupted form.
