That is the name of the thread. Not sure what SloManager is though. If you use jstack, you can print the stack trace for that thread and it will give you an idea of what classes are used within that thread. That should point you in the direction of what that thread is for. Could be session level objects, service level objects, or something else. I see these threads on BMC Communities:
