However, one could point to the fact that 6.03.00 is no longer supported, or that the path to DOC-7077 is not that intuitive, but with the current state of the support folks, can you really use BMC and Intellectual in the same sentence (ok so it's a bit of sarcasm)? I would really encourage you to review some of the tickets in the BMC support system or listen into some of the support calls to see how well it's going. We get better answers here on the ARSlist.
