Jose, Maybe this is included in your statement about making all admin passwords the same: I'd suggest that any people that use both systems (admins, developers) have different passwords on each system. I even made my login name different on the two. The purpose for me is to help avoid confusion as to which system I'm on - and possibly prevent logging into both at the same time (user tool).
