Hi I've just gotten my ARUtilities license for 7.6. I'm wondering what is the difference between the DEF file produced from ARUtilities and the DEF file produced from Developer Studio? They look slightly different and are a slightly different file size. Was I supposed to order version 7.5 of ARUtilities because we are on AR system 7.5? (remedy ITSM 7.6.03) Does it make any difference if I were to import the DEF file that came from ARUtilities?
