we plan to implement ITSM 7.6.04 with 3 Midtier servers and an AR-Server Group of 2 AR Servers. As we do not have a hardware loadbalancer available we try to figure out if software loadbalancing is a possibility. Do you have experience with Microsoft NLB in an ITSM environment? Does it work without any problems? Or do you alternatively prefer a specific product of Vmware virtual loadbalancing appliance? I would be happy about any comments.
