Not to dispute what BMC is saying, however we have went to ARS 7.6.4 sp
3 and are using Atrium and ITSM 7.6.4 sp2. In the 4th week of testing
and will be deploying in another month. We have tested CMDB but it will
not be fully populated until later this year, however so far it is
functioning as expected.

** I love this re-invent the wheel, because we went to 3rd world coding
(do not give me the poo about 3rd world stuff terminology .. when I was
in school, that is what was said -so put that in your pipe! PC'er)

** One note though, if you upgrade to ars 7.6.04p003 then you cannot
install/upgrade to atrium 7.6.04p002.

As per BMC it is because of the version mismatch.

What you can do is upgrade ars to 7.6.04p002 and install/upgrade to
atrium to 7.6.04p002, then if you want you can upgrade ars from
7.6.04p002 to 7.6.04p003.

or wait till they release atrim 7.6.04p003.

I know it is kind of twisted but it is what it is.

Does anybody have a handy list of issues/benefits from this upgrade
besides the one listed in the PDF? Management wants a list and I would
like to be as comprehensive as possible.

Any comments would be welcome and appreciated.

Thanks,
