The "IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus Gateway for Remedy ARS" uses the ARS Alert Notification functionality to ship updates back to the Omnibus.
Basically they have filters executing on modify or delete with a Notify mechanism = Alert action back to the omnibus user for bi-directional communication. With 7.6.04 moving exclusively to web client and off the WUT and Alert User what is the roadmap for the Alert functionality?
