** Hi All - I am getting confusing information about the Remedy HostID for license keys. We are running on Wintel 2K8 and VM ESX platform as a guest OS. The HostID that shows up in the top right corner of the License screen is 005056880000. In the properties of the active NIC for the AR server, it reads: 0050568800FF. Does Remedy interpret the FF as 00 in its HostID value? Our support partner is telling me that we can enter any HostID into the NIC properties, which I don't see as an available option.
