These ones are part of the normal sessions Tues-Friday morning.

Friday morning being repeats of what attendees thought were the best,

So those that didn't get to them the first time have another shot at it.

There are separate ones that will be announced that will be on Monday for a
small extra fee,

Vendors that want to do various tutorials.

The rest of the week there are Sessions that fall under different
categories, I will let Phil and Lenny go into details.

Since Phil announced those I have to assume he got enough votes from the
board to approve them.

Are there extra costs to attend these sessions? Or is this part of the
normal agenda for the WWRUG12?

specific requests/actions submitted.

Business Analytics for BSM is a reporting tool that customers have that help

- Working with Atrium Integration Engine (AIE)
- Working with Atrium Integrator (AI)

Synopsis:

An organization's Configuration Items (CIs) are generally stored in various
systems and are to be incorporated into the CMDB. These CIs can be
discovered by discovery software, exported into comma separated value files,
hard-copied files, word documents and other avenues. It is up to the CMDB
Manager and AR System Developers to figure out what is the best means to
import the data from the external resource into CMDB.

Atrium Integrator.

Reconciliation Engine (RE) processing within the CMDB Application allows
users to reconcile configuration items that are discovered or entered into
the CMDB under multiple Dataset IDs (or Data Resources). The more common
activities associated with utilizing RE is the activities if Identify and
Merge. You must identify the data that matches up the multiple data source
records and then merge the information into a single record based on a
weight factor.

Working with the AR System Report Console

Abstract:

This session is designed to train the attendees on:
- The differences between AR System and Web Reporting
- Building a Web Report
- Customizing a Web Report

Synopsis:

In AR System version 7.6.3 and later versions, the report console has
changed considerably from the static AR System type reports that were
generally built through the BMC Remedy Client tool and through the Mid-Tier.
With the incorporation of Web Reporting, users can add in charts and export
out the data into other third party options easier and utilizing a
user-friendly atmosphere.

However there seems to be confusion within the community on how to customize
the reports once they have been generated. This session will cover the
process of building a web report and follow this up with showing the
attendees the different customization options that are available without
utilizing additional software requirements.
