The Suite bundling model is not necessarily dependent on version, so were a change to happen it could happen even in existing Suites, at a version release or after a version release. So while I can't comment on future offerings, even were it not to happen at the exact GA date of ITSM Suite 8.0.00, that would not preclude it from occurring post-GA but prior to other future releases.
