Alternatively, if the expectation is that the user modifies or submits records 
while they are signed on and "working" then you could search for last modified 
and submitter on the desired records.

I know this may be a weird question but is there way to find out if someone 
logged into the system on a specific day.   I need to find out if an employee 
accessed the system on a day last week.  We do not have any additional logging 
turned on.
