If it's just a onetime migration why not use the Data Management Tool?

Subject: Creating incidents from a spread sheet in ITSM 7.6.4

**
All,

Is it possible to create incidents from a spread sheet in ITSM 7.6.4 and if so
how?

I have a customer that has another system (non Remedy) and can export most of
the data required to open a new or closed incident, my question is what can I
use to do that. Would a simple import into the helpdesk form work?

Any ideas would be helpful, just be nice it's my birthday and it's been a very
strange year for me,

Howard
