We had to make our own audit form for Asset Management. The tricky part is
being able to track relationship (including people and CI) changes. The other
major enhancement we made for Asset Management is a "CI Transfer" form. It's
used on Computer Systems, so when a user gets a new PC, you can easily transfer
the child CIs such as software or a printer over to the new one without much
effort. Both of those features should be included out of the box but are not.
I was happy, however, to not have to build a customization to do a search for
CIs related to a specific user on the Asset Management console.

Thanks,

Subject: Remedy ITSM - 7.6.04 SP2 CMDB Audit Trail/Log

Where is the Audit Log/Audit trail on Asset records? CI's etc. I look at the
fields and they are marked for Audit, the only thing I can find is the "CMDB
Audits" which keeps crashing my Dev system when I click on it. Any ideas? We
need the old Audit trail back for our assets. People mess things up so often!
