Thanks for that Carl, certainly does that for them, though they have asked for
a permanent solution whereby they don't need to specify whether the Article
Status is Published or Not...

Hi,
this is based on permissions.
If no RKM permissions are assigned, then the user will only see "Published"
articles. RKM Viewer and above can see all articles in Draft or a Review stage.

You can also specify in the advanced criteria to only search for articles based
on Article Status, but this would be for a set Status value.

Cheers
Carl

Subject: 7.6.04 Knowledge Management Search results

Hi,

got a customer request whereby when they perform a Knowledge Search within
Knowledge Management they wish to exclude from the returned results all
articles that are retired. Not sure where to start looking, certainly can't
find anything in the advanced search criteria they could set themselves, was
wondering if there was anywhere in the workflow i could look to see if i could
limit the returned results, but don't know where to start looking.
