Thanks for the reply. I looked through the logs and found an OutOfMemory error on one of the MidTiers. I believe this was caused by an unqualified query being executed on that server.

But make sure that this is the error by use IE 8 and go to developer tools and make sure that the error is Search FocusMgr.WorkflowComplete() 1. Go to MidTier path C:\Program Files\AR System\Mid-Tier\resources\ie\javascript. And backup ClientCore.js file as ClientCore_backup.js. 2. Modify ClientCore.js 3.
