Hi people... we have arrived at the conference and i can see remedy lovers all over the hotel sporting their orange badge holders and cool ruck sacks.
Looking forward to meeting some of you at the welcome evening tonight... but if anyone finds them self at a loose end due to not attending ay pre-conference sessions, say hi to a lonely first-timer in the bar, easy to spot with the "RUGs=1" badge of shame :-) good luck all and have a good week!
