Susan I don't care if someone wants to have a go at me for X, Y or Z.
I do care if someone wants to point fault at JSS products or service, because that's a real mark of failure. And if there's failure, I will get it fixed and fall over myself to apologise, which is why I believe we've earned such a good reputation in the BMC market.
I don't think one of my many well documented spats with Dan is going to alter that position, or stop me recommending ARSlist to customers. I'm sure this spat will keep ARSlisters amused on an otherwise dull Monday :)
