Good afternoon, Has anyone gotten the 7.6.4 Data Management Tool to work successfully on Windows 7 and Office 2010? Any guidance on what might need to be done to get this working would be appreciated. I keep getting errors that the CSV being generated is read only, but I've verified that not only is the directory (and all the DMT directories) set up with write permissions, my specific username has admin rights on the PC I'm using.
I suspect that it has something to do with some weird Windows 7 "security" feature that I suspect keeps setting everything in C:\Program Files\ and C:\Program Files (32)\ to be read only, but my admin rights should overcome that.
