Hey Listers, We use both Salesforce and the ITSM suite within the organization.
We have a division that is being integrated into our overall IT environment. This division is wanting to look at RemedyForce for their ticketing/request system as an alternative to our semi-OOB ITSM suite. We're being asked why they should use our ITSM system instead of going down their own path with RemedyForce. Is anyone using RemedyForce? Where is ITSM better/stronger than Remedyforce?
