When we built our 7.6.4 SP2, since we are a strictly custom shop, we did not convert items to custom or create any overlays at that point (I know, shame on me), but we have since made some customizations to the version control forms and object reservation form that I want to keep.

In this case if you already have overlays created in your system. You should not use BPCU. Secondly, Do you have customizations on AR System Server forms? And do you really want to preserve those customizations? In upgrade process we recommend to ignore System forms from creating overlays. The ARServer-RIK_PostUpgrade_error.log is showing the info below. When I got the errors the first time, the bpcu utility had left the forms shown below in Unmodified mode, so after my first failure, I created an overlay of the form to see if that helped, but I am still getting the same errors. Any ideas?
