Rose, We are an OnDemand customer as well. There is no configuration that I can find. Collisions are based on the inclusion of CIs related to the change request. Workflow within the module checks for CI collisions according to Scheduled Start and End Dates and changes the color of the link to the Collision Detection form under Advanced Functions.
Click that link and the system displays the identified collisions and allows you to select it's disposition. .: Mike T :.
