Good idea! Make sure you include Steve Spencer, Russ Tolley & Don Langdon in this idea (BMC employees). I'm pretty sure that their product (My E-Service which BMC recently acquired) has this feature already built in. In fact, I believe the pre 7.6.4 version of BMC KMR (which they had also built at KMXperts pre-BMC acquisition) had it as well, but get them involved in the discussion, it might be a simplementation.
