I'm certainly no "expert" on this app, but I've got some experience and can answer some of these. The ones I can answer are below. It looks like you may be verging on an RFI response with the length and depth of some of these questions. If you're looking for some specific expertise in the application talk to the folks at Stonebridge. They have done a great job on our implementation and upgrades and have more hands on implementation knowledge with this app than anyone I've encountered. BMC referred us to them to assist in implementing our environment.
1) Does demand management module of ITBM able to trace output of request? ( e.g request will turn into program, project,product or ticket)? Not sure exactly what you're looking for here, but you can use a request in SRM to create a business case within the Demand Mgt module. If selected they can then be migrated to a project (which could be associated with a program). Change and Release tickets can be associated to a project. 3) Does ITBM supports provides ability to support various types of financial planning processes: stage gating, ad hoc, annualized budget, organizational modeling? Yes, we have numerous project "templates" to represent our various lifecycles with appropriate gates. 4) Can ITBM identify relationships between strategic planning, projects, services, tactical activities, and support work? Yes, too lengthy of an explanation for here. 5) Does PPM module seprates demand from formally approved projects? If I understand your question correctly, yes. The projects have a status field to represent whether they are active or planned projects within a portfolio. 7) Does PPM have the ability to model impact of changing financial and human constraints on project decision making? In 8.0 yes, not in prior versions. 18) Does ITBM provides timesheet approval as an option?
