Richard, You didn't mention the version of the system you are using.
As of about 7.0 of the product, Flashboards is simply a feature of the AR System and is not a separately licensed capability. My guess is that you acquired the system when it was a separately licensed piece and are remembering that. Today, it is not licensed so you will not find a "Flashboards" license in the system any more (as one is not needed). Now, if you are pre 7.0 (or whatever specific version it really was - but about this timeframe), then there will need to be a license. So, if 7.0 or later, your search will be in vain as there is no such license (and no need for one).
