Just want to point out this idea in the BMC Communities since there have been discussions in the past regarding how an individual can do Remedy development without being attached to a company with a support contract. If this were to take off and depending on how it is structured (cost and legal-wise) it might fit a need that has been talked about a number of times (instead of an MSDN type of subscription).
