Qualified candidates should have a strong skill set which encompasses the complete software development lifecycle—requirements/analysis, development, implementation, testing and documentation. Senior Remedy consultant candidates should possess the following: Strong working knowledge of the Action Request System Experience implementing the complete ITSM suite, which includes service desk, asset management, change management, and service level management. Version 7.6.x required. Experience with the BMC Atrium CMDB. Experience with Dashboards & Analytics Strong communication skills and experience in a leadership role.
