Paul: Supposedly at least some of that information is available in KA345616 in the BMC Knowledge Base. But good luck finding it. I sure can't.
However, I found a document I downloaded from somewhere on BMC's website back in June of 2011 that is probably similar to what's in the KBA article, and that is Analytics for AR 7.5 & 7.6 and BOXI 3.1. I think that is slightly out of date for our installation. I don't even remember where I found this thing now - I just remember thinking it looked useful. If it's reasonably close to your version and you are interested, I'd be happy to send it to you offline as an attachment.
