In the Knowledge Management Console under Manage Knowledge Sources, trying to get a grasp of the purpose/benefit of performing ad-hoc re indexes. Have tried reading through the BMC Knowledge Manegement Admin Guide and it seems to cloud the waters for me. Anyone offer any insight into this functionality?
