Tim,
The way we are doing this is to create an Advanced interface form.
Have that Form on submit push to the SRM:RequestInterfaceCreate form.
Once you have your own form, then you can use a standard URL to pass parameters
like:
http://<MID_TIER>/arsys/forms/<SERVER NAME>/<FORM
NAME>?F1000000079=SGP000000001777&mode=Submit
where F1000000079 is the field ID you want the value passed to,
and SGP000000001777 is the value you want passed.

Then you don't have to worry about the visualization window in the request
console.

Subject: passing a parameter to an SRD url built via the Context URL Builder?

Is there a way to pass a parameter via a url to an SRD url built via the
Context URL Builder? Or is there another way to build the url and then pass a
parameter and then have the SRD see the parameter value and use it in the SRD
mapping? This is in ITSM version 8.0.

Thanks
Tim
