Hi All, we are trying to create the SRD, for which first we have created an Incident Template, then we created the Application Object Template (AOT) then we are trying to create the Process Definition Template (PDT). while creating the PDT we are receiving the following Error:
"There are no processes defined for this Active process definition template. Define processes or modify the process definition template status to Inactive.
