Use Remedy Java API -- I have done this precise task (Inputting large batch CI -- Access db, EXCEL, csv files, etc etc into Asset forms) several times over the past few years, it is much faster and less troublesome than the standard Remedy tool(s). 571 242 0153. Best wishes.
