Hi, everyone, does anyone have a workaround for this problem? On ARS 8.1, I configured HPD:Help Desk for archiving, and the archiving state is disabled. When I went back later to enable archiving, I rec'd this message: /Both the Source form and the Archive or Audit form must belong to the same Application. (8994)/.
I know that I can delete both the overlay and the new archive form, and start from scratch, but that got old really quick (I have several forms set up in this scenario). Any ideas?
