Hello Arslist, I am seeking a Senior Remedy developer for an exciting full-time position on site in NYC. Qualified candidates will have at least 5+ years of experience using Remedy that includes all phases of the SDLC - requirements/analysis, development, implementation, testing and documentation.
Candidates should possess : - Strong working knowledge of the Action Request System including OOB configuration, customizations and integrations. - Experience implementing an ITSM 7.x upgrade that includes service desk, asset management, change management, and service level management. - Several years experience with BMC Atrium CMDB and discovery tool integration - General familiarity with SQL - Experience and working knowledge of Crystal Reports - Excellent debugging, problem solving and testing skills. - Strong written and oral communication skills - ITIL designation or familarity with concepts. - RSP, RAC or BMC/Remedy training would be nice - Experience in a leadership role and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
