We're getting some very odd behaviour in Remedy - see attached. It's not consistent, which I suspect is down to having the "High Availability Solution" -- i.e. load balancing. I suspect how broken it is depends which of the two MidTiers you're logged.
I'm scratching my head on this one. We've done the usual voodoo, cleared caches server side and local browser caches, deleted cookies including the flash cookie, faffed with user interface preferences to see if that did anything, tried active link logging but didn't see anything untowards.... Not a network or local issue, tried it from various networks both SSO and direct login... Just wondering if anyone has had anything similar and / or what it might be... Many Thanks...
